Saskatchewan's Eugene Hritzuk knocked off two-time Brier
champion Russ Howard 7-5 Sunday in the final of the
Canadian senior men's curling championships in Prince
Albert, Sask. In the women's final, Pat Sanders
completed a dominant week with a 7-5 win over Ontario's
Ann Pearson in the final. The British Columbia team won
10 consecutive games in the round robin before dropping
her last match, but still finished first overall

had the game all the way until
a pick on his last rock.
He will face Howard in the semi...
Update: Saskatchewan's Simmons
loses in an extra end to Ontario.
The final is set for Sunday between Alberta's team Martin and Ontario's
Team Howard. It'l be a good one!
